Once purchased, bundle packages are not refundable unless the client can no longer physically participate in the sessions.  Any sessions that need to be rescheduled due to weather will be sorted out by the coach within 24 hours.

We do our best to accommodate our clients.  We understand things happen and cancellations will arise.  Our cancellation policy is as follows: Any session cancelled within two hours of the scheduled session time will not be refunded.  If there are particular issues, you may contact us to discuss.  We value your time, and we hope that you value ours as well.
